Our first Sports Banquet of the year will be on Monday, November 29th, 2010.
It is recommended that all Sports Athletic Council members attend the sports banquet.
Also, dinner and desert will be provided.
Fall Season Sports Banquet
Date: Monday, November 29th, 2010
Time: 3:15pm – 6:30pm (banquet may end earlier or later)
Place: Cafeteria

Volunteer Jobs
Setup:
- setup tables and cover them with poster paper
Clean-up:
- take down tables and poster paper
- sweep floor
General Setup/Clean-up:
- distribute/collect pencil crayons
- in charge of scissors and tape
- setup/take down banquet game
Music:
- burn a CD with popular music (MUST BE ENGLISH)
- music selection must be appropriate for school environment
- CD can’t be rewritable; dollar store CD is recommended
- need to give Student Government at least 2 weeks notice to get sound system ready
Photographer:
- bring a camera
- take pictures of award recipients
- send pictures to Mr. Clarke
Cafeteria door:
- control the traffic when people are getting their food
- **first to get food**
Stamps (Optional):
- may need 2 people to stamp people when they get drinks
- catering class may be doing this
Candy:
- get prize for banquet game
- we will reimburse you with RECIEPT
Gift Card (Optional):
- may need 1 person to get Starbucks gift cards
- we will reimburse you with RECIEPT
- a teacher may be doing this
Artist (Optional):
- decorate Cafeteria
- make “Welcome to Fall Sports Banquet” banner
- make flyers or posters
