Pizza Party!

We will be having our first pizza party of the year at our next meeting!

Sports Athletic Council Pizza Party

Date: Tuesday, November 9th, 2010

Time: Lunch

Room: G113 (Sports Athletic Council Room)

What to bring: Yourself..

**Please note that only people who have been score-keeping through the season will be getting pizza. The minimum requirement is one game. You will be able to get seconds if we have extra or if you have done more than one game.

Volleyball Game Set-up Procedure

These tasks need to be completed BEFORE game starts.
**Be polite when asking people for information or help.

1. Get table/chairs from equipment room.

2. Take Scorecard out from under the table.

3. Take out 1 scoresheet from table drawer.

4. Start preparing the scoresheet.

- Make sure top line is filled before game starts.

- Ask both teams for TEAM ROSTER, then put information on scoresheet.

- Ask coaches and captains from both teams to SIGN the scoresheet BEFORE THE GAME STARTS. (Make sure you circle the captain's number.)

- Ask coaches from both teams for LINE-UP SHEET. Put information on scoresheet.

**LINE-UP SHEET** Start from "I" and rotate counter-clockwise when putting it on scoresheet.

5. Fill in rest of information required before game starts on scoresheet.

6. Game starts.
